Judith (Judy) Morgan is a Strategic Advisor and Chief Compliance Officer for Pace Analytical Services, LLC.  

She has 35+ years of experience in environmental analyses, quality systems, safety, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise also includes oversight of ethics, risk management, legislative activity, regulatory compliance, sustainability, and governance. A former organic and inorganic analyst, her dedication to the testing industry has given opportunity to apply knowledge and expertise while driving change through leadership opportunities for multiple National & Federal Committees and for industry organizations where she serves or served in roles such as board chairman, board member, ethics officer, and speaker to name a few.  

Ms. Morgan has a B.S. Chemistry and an M.S. Analytical Chemistry, has completed environmental research at Vanderbilt and has been honored to receive the Preston Millar & Charlie Carter Award.

Brian Hakk is a finance leader who specializes in a distinction most organizations miss: the difference between growth that creates value and growth that merely looks good on a spreadsheet. As the Head of FP&A at Pace Analytical, he has turned finance into a hands-on partner to operations, translating financial trade-offs into terms operating teams can act on, in order to drive profitable growth across the network.

Across more than a dozen acquisitions, he has helped doubled EBITDA and while significantly expanding margins, evidence that ambitious growth and operational discipline reinforce one another rather than compete. Earlier, he helped guide more than $300 million in capital deployment at a venture-backed infrastructure company, building the scenario-planning and decision frameworks leadership used to weigh risk against return. Brian holds a B.S. in Finance, with distinction, from the University of Minnesota.

When not staring at a spreadsheet, you’ll find Brian on a hiking trail, enjoying an old movie, or nosing a good whiskey — a native Minnesotan whose devotion to the local sports teams runs deeper than their results deserve.
