Liability – Exhibitor assumes entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, equipment, and other property brought upon the premises of the hotel and shall indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, ACIL, any representative, agency, or employee while using exhibition facilities.
Due to a minimal amount of storage space, there is a limit of five small packages that may be delivered to the hotel. These packages can arrive no more than three working days prior to the event. The first five packages will be received at no charge. Additional packages must be approved with the Convention Services manager in advance and are subject to a minimum of $5.00 per box handling fee.
